Salt Scrub is going to be more course than a SUGAR SCRUB. Both scrubs are designed to exfoliate. You should be exofliating 2-3 times per week. The scrubs last 2 full applications if using all over.

Body Butter - will lasts longer based on it's creamy base. If used everyday, 1 jar will last about 2 weeks.
